Time management issue
Many undergraduate students have no problem with time management, because it is simply drilled into their heads, but graduate students usually struggle to get themselves organized. Ironically, most grad students need time management skills even more than undergraduate, because they have to write a thesis in order to complete their degree requirements.
Time schedule for thesis writing
Writing a thesis requires a lot of effort and short-term as well as long-term time management skills, because it is a lengthy project which has a strict deadline. Time management in thesis writing is about taking control of the writing process and about recognizing that not all of your time should be dedicated to either looking for relevant literature resources or conducting research, but it should be divided so you can dedicate a certain amount of time to every chapter of your thesis.
However, time management is not everything in thesis writing, but rather a helpful guideline that shows you on what stage of thesis writing process you should be by now and it is ok to be either a little bit ahead of schedule or behind it. Productivity management is more important than time management, but remember, that if you will dedicate at least a few hours of your time a day to thesis writing, you will not have trouble finishing it on time.
